14 weeks and sick – need advice asap?

i’m 14 weeks and my stomach is always tossing and turning, constantly feeling like throwing up. well yesterday it got much worse at around 5ish. my stomach was in knots and i felt like i was getting the flu or something. i didn’t get sick yesterday or last night even though i was up on and off feeling sicker and sicker. i got up this morning around 7, drank 15 oz of apple juice SLOWLY until around 1030, i finished it and got sick, throwing the apple juice up. a hour later i threw up water, i only drank and tiny bit. then at 1230 i made myself some soup and had koolaid (the only thing to drink in my house right now and i normally wouldnt drink it but i feel dry and soosoo thirsty) anyways, after a few bites and a few sips i threw it all back up + some more.

i can’t get to my doctors answering service, but i can’t keep anything down, no liquids, no solids.
what should i do?

Im 15 weeks pregnant, and like you was sick all the time!! its calming down now,the best thing for it is try a ginger biscuit when you get that sick taste,it works!! i didnt think it would until i tried it at 12 weeks,wish i tried it earlier!! or you can got to the doctor and get anti sickness tablets that you suck(dont swallow) that helps.
Its awful the sickness you do actually feel ill, and feel like its never gonna stop!! goodluck and please try ginger biscuits,bananas are good to. xxx
Try eating a couple of saltine crackers before you get out of bed in the morning. Also, some women find that sniffing peppermint helps with the nausea. You can purchase peppermint essential oil at your local health food store. Place a couple of drops onto a cotton ball. The scent will permeate the air. The cotton ball makes it easy to remove the scent if it bothers you.
It is all normal. just keep drinking really cold water or you can get dehydrated. Soup is good to. Don’t worry it gets better by 16 weeks…
